Relationship between managerial competencies and internal communication in educational institutions in complex contexts

The purpose of the research was to determine the association between managerial skills and internal organizational communication in an educational organization located in challenging contexts in Peru. It was a descriptive-explanatory study, whose population consisted of 50 teachers belonging to a public educational institution. The findings supported the hypothesis, showing the existence of a significant association between managerial skills and internal organizational communication. In the educational context that was experienced, it was recognized that management should go beyond traditional administrative approaches, adopting an integral perspective that promoted both collaboration and internal communication for the benefit of the entire educational community. This study laid the groundwork for future research and actions aimed at strengthening these interrelationships, offering a referential framework for optimizing educational management and, thus, raising the quality of the education provided.
